Jack bringing Jane Saunders into Hotel

Do you think Jack actually would have brought Jane into the hotel if Stephen hadn't given in?

I don't think he would've.

If Saunders refused to talk when they were threatening him there would be no point to kill her. Plus I'm sure Chase or someone would've stepped in.

If she died there would be absolutely no chance of him ever talking.

I think he will let her life, because Saunders have no other family.
I've he killed her Stephen Saunders had never talked.
It only makes him more angry against the government.

I don't know, honestly. I've thought about this a lot before. On the one hand, Jack might actually do it because she might just be an acceptable loss to him if it meant getting the locations of the vials and saving most of America, but I think someone like Chase would have stepped in because they wouldn't want her to die for him. But then again, I'm sure this was just one of Jack's crazy bluffs that he does. If he realized that Saunders would rather let Jane die than give him the info, he would realize it's gonna take some REALLY drastic measures to get the information.

Well, Jack was pretty convincing with saying he would put Jane in the hotel, so Saunders probably thought he was serious and had no choice but to give up the info to save his daughter.

I think that Jack was going to do what he needed to do in order to save everyone. It's another one of those situations that sticks to 24's main theme of sacrificing for the greater good. But when Stephan finally cracks and says he will tell Jack were the vials are, Jack is facing away from him and you can see the flood of relief that goes over Jack's face. So again, he would have put her in the hotel if it came to it, but he was extremely relieved when he didn't have to.
