You know your obsessed with 24 when...this topic is on every 24 board! So i thought i would start one here...
You know your obsessed with 24 when...you were late to class everyday because of 24!

You know you're obsessed with 24 when... you started a 24 forum because you can't get enough 24!

You know you're obsessed with Twenty-Four when...
1: ...you refer to your computer as a "workstation".
2: ...words like "intel", "chatter" and "uplink" become part of your regular vocabulary.
3: ...your new favourite curse is "son of a bitch".
4: ...you find yourself thinking "what would Jack do?" in certain situations.
5: ...your mobile phone has the CTU ringtone for calls and the ticking clock sound effect for texts.
6: ...you've got a t-shirt with CTU written on the back.
7: ...you ask people for "real-time updates" on parties or lectures.
8: ...you ask someone to be "patched through".
9: ...you start to think an interrogation package would come in handy sometimes.
10: ...you reckon biting a terrorist's neck would probably taste quite nice.
11: ...you suspect members of your own family of working against you.
12: ...your friends don't earn your trust because "anyone could be a mole".

I have the CTU ring for my phone, but my voicemail or texting is Jack yelling "DAMMIT" which is insanely funny when I'm sitting somewhere public and it goes off. I can't help be startled then start laughing. It's also funny for people who actually get it. It's a great conversation starter. My friend even has the recorded S1 soundbite of Jack's message "This is Jack Bauer, please leave a message" as her cell message.

The room is always locked, has one circular table in the middle of the room with a single hanging light over the table, and a chair on either side. There is also a clamp in the room.
When I was making my parody of 24 for video class, we used that room as the torture room (and the clamp as the torture device )

Yeah, sometimes it works quiet well, like if I was listening to 'Loft Mission' and it was a sleuth type scene with some stalking and fighting, but then it would be some major action scene and a slow track would play. Lol. The time I remember it working really well was when I was reading a scene from 'Cat's Claw' and this woman named Mercy who Jack normally had so much respect for, but he had treated her bad for a while. Then she got the virus and became so sick in an airport hanger. She was going to die, and Jack wanted to see her, but he had to stay far back because she was so contagious. And it was really sad because he had an antidote, but he needed it for Kim.
