i think it about time that Mandy returned and I am hoping that she shows up in season 7. Here is my humble take on the plot line
It is said that CTU no longer exists and that Jack is on trail. My guess for possible story line is as follows

Audrey has been brainwashed by the chinese. A code word turns her into be a trained assassin and she is used to kill the femal president. Jack is sent to track her down and bring her in. Mandy the assassin is also used to track her down and kill her. tony comes back after being undercover with a terrorist outfit. All guess work

I think that is very unlikely. I hope Mandy doesn't return, it was a little far-fetched in my opinion to bring her back for season 4, or even for season 2.

yeah Season 4 was a little left field I agree, highly doubtful she will be back for S7. BUT you never know

I hope not, she disgusted me. I know some people think that's what's good about her, I didn't. It would've been cool if Jack had killed her.

Mandy will be back for sure at some point. She's a great cult character in 24. She was meant to be back for a time in Day 5, but that didn't happen.

Everyone seems to like her (or at least all my straight guy friends) because she has the sexy sadistic thing goin' on. I never though of 24 as a sexy type show, but hey, whatever works I guess.

Hmm. I can't see much of a reason for them to bring her back. They pretty much wrapped her story up in S4.

I watched the first episode of 24 the other day and saw her. I doubt she'll return though. There's no place for her.

She was the evil one who kidnapped Tony and Jack and everyone else think that Tony was killed. It's one of my favourite scenes of S4; when Jack refuses to accept that Tony had been killed and he was watching the tape over and over again until he finally figured it out.

oh yeah, i liked that scene too!
but i really don't want mandy back. okay, she's kinda badass for a girl but in my eyes she's not sexy and i also think that there's not much story left for her - it would bore me if she was the bad guy, sorry, bad girl again...
guess she's so popular because she had this lesbian thing going?
if she returns i want jack to kill her off ASAP!!!

In season 4 she was the only one that could tell them where Marwan was, so Logan (and Palmer) had to grant her immunity for trying to murder David Palmer (twice), for kidnapping and holding Tony hostage, etc.

Then didn't they ship her off to some other country of her choice? I guess she is available to come back, but whether they will actually bring her back or not, I don't really think so.

It was not a huge rule she was playing.

I can't even remember why they brought her on. She was just some lesbian female assassin in S1, but what were her other purposes?

She was the assasin at the end of season 2 who injured palmer.

I didn't mind it, it was a pretty good role in S1, but my fave was in S4 when she made it look like her and Tony were dead and Jack refused to except it.

It was his stubbornness that lead to his eventual realization that Mandy had set the whole thing up because she knew Michelle would get CTU involved. If Jack hadn't been so stubborn, they would have just excepted Tony as dead and gone on with the mission, then she would have gotten away and probably killed Tony.
