Well, I thought S5 was pretty amazing too. Not the best thing I've ever scene, but it was a close 2nd. I'd have to say Band of Brothers is the best thing ever on TV. |

Well, I thought you'd never ask!! And relax, I won't make it TOO long. Lol.
Band of Brothers is a 10-part miniseries based on the novel. It was produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. It's about the experiences of E(asy) Company of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, United States Army 101st Airborne Division of WWII. It mainly focuses on only a few characters (mainly Capt. Richard Winters played by British actor Damian Lewis), but they were all real guys. It goes from Easy's basic training at Toccoa, Georgia, through D-Day in Normandy, Operation Market Garden, the Battle of Bulge and on to the end of the war. That clip was awesome. I really like the scenes, the weapons they're using are amazing too, the M1 Carbine, Thompson, MP40, and the 30 cal. |
