It was due to be released on Jan 13th but there is a FOX writer's strike and Kiefer Sutherland is in prison so nobody knows just when.

Well Kiefer gets out of prison in less than 2 days, and season 7 is delayed until the writer's strike ends, so season 7 can start in February, or in November, we just wont know until the writer's strike is over.

Well, I guess Kiefer can be thankful for the strike, or else we would be blaming the delay souly on him. On the other hand, it was probably due to the strike that he had a few too many...

Lol you cant blame him being drunk on the writers strike, the only person ti be blamed is Kiefer himself, anyway im pretty sure that happened before the strike.

lol im not mad at him, hes not to blame for the delay of season 7 most people know that he originally made a deal with the judge to work his sentence around filming
