I'd have to say either when Teri died, or when Edgar died. I guess for me seeing Tony and Michelle die weren't as sad because I knew it was coming. Also seeing David Palmer die was really sad.

I have so many moments that made me cry/sad lol
When Teri died and Jacks holding her (obviously)
When Nina tells Jack that Kims dead (Jack was so crushed)
The phone call between Jack and Kim in season 2 when Jacks on the plane (i cried so much lol)
When Jack kills Chappelle (the only time i ever liked Chappelle)
The conversation between Jack and Kim in season 5 when Jack says Leaving her was harder then losing Teri. (pretty much there entire encounter in season 5 actually)
When Tony died in Jacks arms. (aww i loved Tony lol)
When Jack kills Curtis.
Jacks breakdown after killing Curtis.
Jack leaving Audrey in season 6 and standing alone in the end.

Mines would have to be when Tony died in Jacks arms, I thought it was so sad i was crying like a big baby

Yeah, Jack killing Chapelle was really sad, especially because he was being forced to do it because Saunders was blackmailing Palmer.
Also, it was really sad in season 2 when George Mason died, and he went down with the nuke in the plane, and saved Jack's life.

Tony Almeida RIP. I still get sad over it.
Also, DSI has mentioned George Mason, which was a very sad moment, but also totally redeemed the character in my eyes. I didn't much like him before that, but now, he's a hero.
I didn't mind when Nina killed Terri. I'm a Nina fan! *evil*

Teri annoyed me too, but I wasn't happy when Nina killed Teri because it made Jack cry.
I hate Nina.

Teri never annoyed me. Leslie played the role great with sometimes just facial and/or body language. Jack & her recently got back together after a separation.

I don't see how people simply don't cry at the show. I watched Day 5 with a good friend of mine, my current flatmate, and we got to the episode with Tony's death and he looked over at me as the clock ticked over and I had tears streaming down my face.
He said "What the **** you doin' that for, mate?"
Classy.

I know, i cant see how people dont find it emotional either, esp. if you have watched it from season 1, you really feel for the charactors esp. Jack so when stuff like this happens you cant help but feel there pain.

I can't watch Kiefer Sutherland cry. Every time I see his face start to go I go with him.
Sky ran an advert for about two years showing Jack crying at the end of Day 3, and every time the advert came on I had to either look away or bite my lip... it's so bad!
Damn 24 for turning me into an emotional wreck!

I watched him in another completely unrelated film the other day, where he played a recovered alcoholic who went back to work in a job where he was the cause of a major disaster five years previous. Anyway, he was playing it so meek and reserved and if anyone looked at him he ducked his head and had a sad face on the whole time...
...hardest thing to watch, honestly.
Some good news, though: Ryan Chapelle (forgotten the actor's name) will be shooting up some crap in JOHN RAMBO next year, so hopefully that'll help to dispell the image of him crying in a trainyard about not having any friends!

Yeah, I read on IMDB that the first UK releases on video and DVD were retitled Jet for some reason...
I got my copy for 50p. Best 50p I ever spent!

I can't cry, I've got to keep my tough football player reserve
But I do get very excited whenever Jack goes on a killing spree

Whatever floats your boat, man!
I, too, edge forward on my seat everytime I see Jack reach for a gun or decide on torturing or killing actions.
Gotta love violence!

David Palmer's death-
At first I didn't see it coming but when he was staring out the window I knew what was coming. Awesome actor, sad to see him go.
Curtis's Death-
This pissed me off! I liked Curtis, and I absolutly hated the death they gave him. I was hoping he'd at least go down in the line of duty!

Almeida

I totally agree with you!

I was screaming at the top of my lungs "NO!!! NOOOO!!" after Jack shot Curtis.
And Jack's reaction to killing Curtis made it so much worse too.

I was sooooooooooooooooooooo f**king pissed off that Jack took Curtis out.. SOOO pissed off -- he was my 2nd favorite character!
The very end of season 6 after leaving Audrey's room and .. and there was no ticking countdown

I hated Edgar.
The scenes that really get me are any scenes where Jack actually gets emotional:
When they had to leave him to be taken @ the beginning of season 6
When Jack had to kill Chapelle (the bonus scene on the DVD is pretty sad too)
Umm... I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them...
Anyways, if I remember them I'll post them.
