slade we have to wait longer then anyone else as our TV shows are way behind schedule compared to the US, so we could expect to see 24 in like 14 months lol.
Damn thats a long wait.

And we'd get it about 1-2 weeks after the US since 7 usually fast tracks shows. |

They should show half of the season now and the other half in September. But they wan't to show the whole thing without any interruptions, which means that they have to wait until January '09

What an incredibly sucky idea from Fox.
Why not start the season now with a 2 shows in a row special, do that 3 more times during the run, maybe every 5th episode, and finish the season when it would normally have ended? |

Yeah, they all were. It takes 10 and a half months to film a season of 24. That's longer than any other show on TV, so unfortunately, it's gonna be a while before all the episodes are ready. | ||

I've they begin filming straight away, it could be done in 7 months. (until September)
They can start airing at the beginning of September. The vacations will be over and if they use the idea of Jack Bauer's Bodyguard
So it will ended with Christmas |

Sounds like a plan to me! If they really care and want to make it up to us, the loyal fans, then they could film seasons 7 & 8 simultaneously and kick off season 8 in Jan 09. | ||

hey guys! this might cheer you up a little: in germany, they haven't even aired season 6 yet! (thank god, we can watch the dvds from UK!!!)
now go figure how long i'm going to have to wait for season 7 - till it's out on dvd in the UK!!!! |
