For me it was between Mason, Chappelle and Curtis.

A few of them were really good, Teri because it was the first main character to die and it was a shock.
I liked Paul Raines' death bacause he was sacrificed and i like Audreys reaction to Jack afterwards.
Curtis for the scene after Jack shot him.

But i went for Mason because i loved that whole scene in the helicopter i think it was one of the best in any season.
