Logan was in 4, 5 and 6. Granted, he wasn't a true 'villian' in 4 but he was a PITA and didn't truely deny Cummings' order to kill Jack so he was a kinda-sorta villian.

Logan was a strange villain because sometimes he was being stringed along by others, but other times he was doing the stringing.

In 6 he was the complete opposite of the villain he was in 5, but we would never know but he could have had something up his sleeve.
