I use GIMP, which isn't as good as Photoshop, but it works for what I use it for.

I used to use GIMP. I was quite fond of it, but then I got PS. Did you make the banner with GIMP?

pretty impressive stuff, looks like you've got to grips with PS then!
I love it, don't really get the chance to use that much anymore! Used to do stuff with about 70+ layers and nearly killed my poor little imac.

Heh, I have to label my layers when I get to 15+, I get confused which layer is which

Working on my 24/Sin City thing at the moment, taking god damn ages! So far only 23 layers - lol!
