Plus, he matches Chloe so much, they've kinda got the same personality how they piss off all their authority figure.

OMG. That part was so awful! I mean, it's one thing when Jack gets captured/tortured, becuase he knows that's part of his job, but Morris is just a lowly computer programmer. Lol. Getting tortured for information isn't on his job description.

So true. That was a scene that shows that 24 isn't just the Bauer family going through hell.
It was a horrible scene when he was getting tortured. I couldn't take a drill to the shoulder...ever.
