Splendid news, Elisha Cuthbert haters – it looks like Kim Bauer will be too busy this Fall to appear on the next season of 24 (or the two-hour 24 TV movie). Today, it was announced that Elisha Cuthbert has signed on to star in a new CBS drama pilot entitled NY-LON. The series, based on an English drama of the same name (which starred Rashida Jones, of The Office), follows Cuthbert, a teacher and record store clerk in New York on her romantic escapades with a London stockbroker. The title is sufficiently clever and, unlike a fair number of 24 fans, I don't mind Elisha Cuthbert. I don't understand how someone with two jobs is able to go back and forth between London and New York so often, but I guess we'll find out.

I hope I'm not the only person who's delighted!!!!!!!

She might be a little bit annoying at times, but meh. I think she is a important part of 24, seeing as she is the only one Jack has left.

Yeah i found out about that show more then a week ago lol.

It doesnt mean she cant do the TV movie though. And i dont think many people thought she was gonna be in the actual season 7 anyway.

I hate giving people bad news....But I felt I should share this info....I just read an article on IGN.COM that Elisha will be back for Day 7 in the final episodes! Not sure how true this information is though! Judge for yourself

Yeah, I mean, he shoved the guy against the wall by his throat for dating Kim! And probably would have choked him if Kim hadn't stepped in (for some reason). So imagine what he's gonna do to the guy who knocks her up and leaves. (assuming, of course, this is actually what happened)
