Is it just me?Is it just me or does anyone else forget which things happened in which season?
For example, i think about Jack faking his death and i have to think about which season it's from and usually i have to go back from 6th season to figure it out

Since Season 6 is mostly events happening in previous seasons, you just need to watch 6.
Yes, it is amazing how people forget. It also amazes me how so many have only watched Season 5 & 6. Or even just 6 - you have to watch 24 from the beginning to truly understand.

I have DVR and 24 is on every day on A&E, so I DVR every episode every day, and whenever I feel like watching TV I turn on an episode of 24.

If I have my way, I always fast forward Chase scenes - he wasn't a bad character - but when he went down to Mexico by himself. And only telling Kim - that was plain stupid.

I was actually hoping Jack would blow his head off when Ramone gave him that gun and made him shoot Chase (or so we thought ). I didn't really like Chase. It was like he wanted so bad to be like Jack that he would just try way too hard. He also didn't seem to have any ability to think things ahead. He just did what he thought was macho at the time (going dark and going to 'rescue' Jack all by himself) but never thinks about what might happen.

I knew right when Ramone gave Jack the gun that the gun was empty.
1. Why would Ramone give Jack a loaded gun when they are supposedly worst enemies? Jack could shoot Ramone right away.
2. Why would they want Chase dead when he could have a lot of inside information on CTU and on Jack?

I kinda knew it would be empty too, but part of me just wanted to see Chase offed suddenly and after all that effort. You have to admit, it would have been very 24 if the gun had been loaded, and imagine how surprised Jack would be. But it then he would have to hide it to keep his cover.

he pulled the trigger expecting a bullet, he wouldnt have been like whoah if one had come out

Of course it would be empty. Same thing happened with Dina (thats her name right?). Habib gave her the gun to kill Jack but she turned and shot at Habib, but no bullet came out. Only a click. It's a test of loyalty and trust.

Jack's 'died' 3 times now. In season 2 (plane crash), 4 (faking to get out of going to China) and 6 (faking to get out of being killed).
