I think the hottest girl in 24 is Mandy. 24 doesn't have all that many hot girls really. I never really got the 'Kim is hot' thing. To me, Kim was just annoying!

The writers will definitely bring her back before the series is over. If she doesn't reappear it wont feel like it's finished properly. There needs to be an ending to her and Jack.

Yeah, Derek from S5. Tony was kind of a field agent at the beginning of 4, he just wasn't officially active. But he was still in the field because he was helping Jack.
