Female presidentWell, it looks like we might get a female president in Season 7. What are your thoughts on this?
I think it will be awesome if true. Karen Hayes would be amazing in this role.

It seems the plot is following current events in the U.S., there is a chance we might get a female president also.
I think Karen Hayes would be a great president, but I'm not so sure that it will be her, because she and Bill Buchanon retired at the end of season 6. However, it is possible, and I would love to see Karen as the president!

I wouldn't care at all. Margeret Thatcher was a good leader of the United Kingdom in my books. Maybe a female would be even better so politics could get done by a person thinking with their brains and not something else. hehe
And besides, after so many seasons you gotta look for new creative ways to keep the show interesting and a woman in the oval office could open up all kinds of new and exciting plots and scenarios.

interesting proposition having Karen Hayes as President, had'nt really thought about it but am sure her character had developed well enough in S6 for it to be possible.

A female president will definitely be different, but unlike the African-American Palmer, this will not be the first show to portray this. I know for sure that the president on Prison Break was a chick. I'm not aware of any other shows though.

a female president may be interesting to watch
of course any true 24 fan will be scourging their brain asking, what would david palmer have done? or even wayne for that matter. So yea, it will be fun to compare a female to the males. will she be as willing to kill someone innocent, like chappelle in season 3? i would like to see a hard-ass woman who makes every call that the other presidents couldnt in a heart beat. it would be pretty cool

I dont trust females in higher political positions because they are manipulative, blind by ambitious in a word they becamme bitches.(sorry for my expresion)
