Damien Rice is one of my favorites but if i went with the utmost it'll have to be The Spill Canvas. I love every one of their songs (which is really a rare thing) so my fav song tends to change but right now its Lay it on Me (which can only be heard live till the new album comes out)
Joey, judging by the types of bands you listen to, i highly recommend you check The Spill Canvas out. The same goes to anyone else who's looking for a great acoustic band with a brilliant singer (ive yet to see one band who sounds like him) [acoustic stuff is in the older stuff, the new stuff is a mix]

I can't stand rap myself (I consider it speed talking, lol) and I detest country as well. For me, it's hard rock and metal all the way. Like DSi, I'm a fan of Guns N' Roses (love November Rain) and some of my other favorites are: Motley Crue Queensryche Kix Bullet Boys Warrant Poison Slaughter Slick Toxic Metallica Bonham Cinderella Obviously, there are more I could list but I don't want to be a post hog so I'll leave it there for now. Oh, except maybe to say this; I may be a hard rock/metal fan but, tee hee, I do have a big ol' soft spot for the Bay City Rollers, too, lol. Okay, okay, you can all stop laughing now, ha ha.
