Fav Holiday RecipesDoes anyone have any favorite holiday (Thanksgiving) recipes they would like to share with the class?
Mine is Cherry Yum Yum
Ingredients:
Pie Crust:
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
Mix this all together and set aside.
Filling:
2 8oz or 1 16 oz bar of cream cheese
1-1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 8 oz whipped topping
Mix this all together in a big bowl.
You will also need cherry pie filling..this you can get premade at the store.
Once you have everything mixed, start with the pie crust stuff and layer. Pie crust, filling, cherry stuff, and keep going until you run out of stuff. I usually try to have the cherry filling be the top layer.
