Does Anyone....have any idea whats going on with Season 7 for 24... i heard from my dad they went on writer strike or something and they may cancel it. please dont be mad at me for saying it ok. i just heard it from my dad and i wanna know whats going on. im a huge fan as are my parents and i really dont want it to not air in January. its the only thing i look forward to watchin every week! From what I remember, they have already shot 8 or so episodes.
I think i read somewhere that the writers strike could end in January, i think thats a worst case scenario though. |

Yeah, we've got eight episodes written with about five filmed or filming. They'll finish filming the eight they've got, and then stop. We won't be seeing those eight until the rest are done, the strike is over and FOX can show the whole season without any breaks.
Other shows are being broken up, with first halves then stopping and picking up once the writers' strike has lifted. Not Twenty-Four. The launch date is postponed. Day Seven will not begin in January. |
