Ok this is pretty straight forward, A through to Z of the 24 Characters, Not the actors names it has to be the names in the show.
Ok, well obviously I will start....
Rick Allen is played by Daniel Bess. Allen and his friend, Dan Mounts, trick Kim Bauer and Janet York into a date, and then kidnap them. After delivering Kim to terrorist Ira Gaines, Rick has second thoughts. He is wounded helping Kim and Teri Bauer escape. Kim later goes to him for help after she is separated from her mother and Rick is arrested during a botched drug deal with Dan's brother Frank.
